Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Search and Evaluation to lead external sourcing of innovation in rare diseases. You will collaborate with scientific leaders to identify and evaluate in-licensing, acquisitions, or collaborations, and participate in diligence, contracting and integration with cross-functional deal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant scientific experience in biotech/pharma focusing on business development, search & evaluation, or similar roles.
• Strong scientific acumen with ability to interpret complex data across drug development from discovery to commercialization.
• Proven track record of evaluating and in-licensing biopharma assets.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Knowledge/experience in rare diseases, immunology, nephrology, or metabolic diseases is a plus.
