• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
• Strong understanding of materials and processes used in a highly regulated environment.
• Excellent people and technical project management skills.
• Experience in conducting material trade studies.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to facilitate, coordinate and lead work across Propulsion Systems’ functions and disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain resilient while overcoming challenges.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Technical Lead and Program Liaison for material issues.
• Identify opportunities and drive common materials initiatives.
• Lead and manage material obsolescence challenges.
• Manage Common engineering change process.
• Coordinate and support material compliance.
• Train, mentor and support engineers with M&P responsibilities.
