Job summary

Proskauer Rose LLP is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to partner with lawyers across the Litigation department on strategic client development initiatives and market visibility. Qualifications

At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment, preferably law firm.
3+ years of litigation practice experience preferred.
Robust project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of the Litigation Department’s strategic objectives and market opportunities.
Execute on key initiatives with the client development team.
Attend and manage sub-practice meetings, document actions and drive follow-through.
Collaborate with lawyers to create compelling pitch materials and client relationships.
Lead market visibility and event-driven campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
