Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development for the Integrated Biologics Division.
This role is fully remote with preference for East Coast proximity (MA) and up to 50% travel. You will drive new business growth across Early Development, Mammalian Manufacturing, and Drug Product capabilities, establishing strategic customer relationships and executing a territory growth plan in the US Northeast.
Location: This role is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from any location with reliable internet access, highly preferred to be on the East Coast in Massachusetts.;
The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $150,000 to $200,000.
Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
We are seeking an Associate Director, Business Development – Integrated Biologics Division to drive new business growth across Lonza's biologics service offerings, including Early Development Services, Mammalian Manufacturing, and Drug Product capabilities. This role will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, generating new opportunities, and executing a territory growth strategy focused on the U.S. Northeast region. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted commercial partner to prospective customers across the biologic’s development and commercialization lifecycle.
