• 2–4 years in business development, sales, or account management in biotech/pharma/CDMO.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new biotech companies, consultants, and potential customers across the US East territory.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and networking to establish new business relationships.
• Qualify prospects and convert them into sales-ready leads for BD Directors.
