Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Business Development Driver Senior Specialist to join the Marketing and Client Development team in a hybrid San Francisco office. This role supports coordinated BD and marketing activity, shaping opportunity strategies and pipeline discipline to drive account growth.

You will craft briefing materials, coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, manage follow-up, and ensure accurate reporting for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years directly applicable experience in marketing or business development.
• Strong BD skills including pipeline management and campaign execution.
• Proficiency with enterprise CRM ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Analytical and critical thinking with autonomous ownership.

Responsibilities

• Execute research and planning to support account growth priorities.
• Partner with Marketing to track campaigns and manage lead flow.
• Create briefing materials and meeting prep kits for client interactions.
• Translate client discussions into documented action plans and follow-ups.
• Bridge BD, Marketing, and pursuit teams for seamless handoffs.
• Maintain pipeline movement and data integrity for leadership reviews.
