Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist (BD & Capture) to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on supporting our BD organization. As a member of the recruiting team, this role partners with BD, Capture, and Program leadership to ensure Sabre is well-positioned with talent for pursuits, proposals, recompetes, and contract awards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience for federal government contractors.
• Experience supporting proposal recruiting and key personnel for bids.
• Experience recruiting cleared/technical roles (engineering, cyber, data).
• Knowledge of clearance levels, timelines, and contracting obligations.
• Strong ATS and sourcing tools proficiency.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BD/Capture liaison to translate staffing needs into recruiting plans.
• Identify candidates, secure LOIs, and prepare staffing documentation.
• Provide incumbent capture support and assess talent availability/compensation trends.
• Develop proactive pipelines aligned with pursuit needs and BD priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and surge support during peaks.
• Represent Sabre at job fairs and industry events to strengthen brand.
