Job summary

Green Key Resources in Boston is seeking a Business Development Senior Associate to bridge investments and growth. You’ll translate sophisticated strategies into BD materials, own RFPs and proposals, and craft client-ready content for finalists and engagements.

You'll collaborate with investment professionals, design data-driven exhibits, maintain CRM pipelines, and explore AI-enabled workflows to drive efficiency and scale across private markets.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of relevant business development, investor relations, consulting, or investment-related experience.
• Strong investment knowledge across equities, private equity, venture capital, absolute return, credit, and real assets.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, presentation design, and data storytelling skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex investment concepts into concise messaging.
• Proven project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM platforms and managing multiple concurrent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Investment professionals to translate complex investment strategies into clear, compelling BD materials.
• Own the RFP and proposal process end-to-end, coordinating with Investment, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Develop customized pitch materials, exhibits, charts, and data visualizations for finalist meetings.
• Build and enhance the firm’s content library, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and best practices.
• Research prospects, understand their investment needs and competitive landscape, and help position the firm effectively.
• Maintain CRM data and pipeline reporting, including opportunity tracking and customized reports.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and workflow technology to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Capture and codify investment insights into reusable content for future business development efforts.
