Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of asset management, private equity, M&A or related financial services sectors is preferred.
• Professional experience including management of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development and marketing efforts to generate new business and improve market visibility for Asset Management M&A and Sponsor Solutions.
• Coordinate with Asset Management M&A and Sponsor Solutions leadership to align BD priorities, go-to-market efforts, and client initiatives.
• Develop and implement BD plans for target clients, including budget planning and joint initiatives to grow revenue.
• Drive pitching and RFP processes, lead teams to develop winning strategies, and ensure timely submission of pitches.
• Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and cross-practice collaboration across global teams.
• Manage and develop junior BD team members and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support integration of AI-enabled BD practices in pitches and RFP responses.
