Qualifications

• Experience supporting sector-focused BD initiatives for corporate, financial institutions, or private capital clients.
• Proven track record in pitches, proposals, RFPs, and client presentations for institutional clients.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office proficiency; experience with CRM and marketing tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategic BD planning for Private Capital and Life Sciences in Boston, aligned with firm priorities.
• Develop targeting initiatives, key accounts, funds, and sponsors; track in CRM.
• Lead pitches, proposals, and panel submissions; coordinate with pricing and other teams.
• Maintain sector credentials, experience lists, and case studies; support directories and awards.
• Develop sector content and campaigns; plan client events and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with MBD, marketing, digital, and communications teams across offices.
• Provide updates on BD initiatives, pipeline status, and campaign performance to partners.
