Qualifications

• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, presentation design, and data storytelling skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex investment concepts into concise messaging.
• Proven project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM platforms and managing multiple concurrent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Investment professionals to translate complex investment strategies into clear, compelling BD materials.
• Own the RFP and proposal process end-to-end, coordinating with Investment, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Develop customized pitch materials, exhibits, charts, and data visualizations for finalist meetings.
• Build and enhance the firm’s content library, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and best practices.
• Research prospects, understand their investment needs and competitive landscape, and help position the firm effectively.
• Maintain CRM data and pipeline reporting, including opportunity tracking and customized reports.
