Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is hiring a Senior BCBA to lead clinical services at our Wilmington, NC center. You will manage clinically appropriate caseloads, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

We offer a stable, center-based practice with strong operational support, ongoing professional development, and a compensation package including base salary and performance bonuses. Relocation or sign-on incentives may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required
• Current and active BCBA certification required
• Minimum 3 years BCBA experience with autism
• CPR & First Aid certification active

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration
• Ensure timely, audit-ready clinical documentation
• Support caregiver training across settings for client success
