Job summary

Opal Autism Centers seeks a Senior BCBA to lead clinical quality with sustainable caseloads. You will supervise teams, ensure documentation is audit-ready, and collaborate with caregivers to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $90,000–$102,000, plus quarterly bonuses up to $26,000 and a retention incentive, within a center-based, clinician-led organization committed to growth and ethical care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Certified as a BCBA for 3 or more years to be eligible for this senior level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Provide supervision and collaboration with caregivers consistent with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
