Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Senior BCBA to lead clinical services at our center-based program. The role emphasizes sustainable caseloads, robust operational support, and clinician growth, enabling focus on meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current and active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• BCBA certification for 3+ years to be eligible for senior level.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA with autism.
• CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for outcomes.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings for long-term client success.
