Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Senior BCBA to join our center-based program in Winston-Salem, NC. This role emphasizes sustainable workloads, strong clinical support, and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• BCBA certification for 3+ years to be eligible for this senior level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for individual outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
