Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Senior Level BCBA for a center-based, in-person role in Greensboro, NC. We designed a different BCBA experience with sustainable workloads, strong operational support, and a commitment to clinical quality and clinician growth.

Base salary is $90,000–$102,000 per year (DOE). Optional retention bonus up to $5,000 and quarterly bonuses up to $26,000 annually help total earnings toward and above $100k for high performers.

Base Salary:$90,000–$102,000(DOE)

Optional retention bonus up to $5,000
