Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Pinehurst, NC seeks a BCBA to lead quality ABA services in a center-based setting. The role emphasizes sustainable workloads, robust clinical support, and ongoing professional growth for clinicians.

You will manage caseloads, supervise teams, ensure compliant documentation, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
