Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a Lead Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our in-clinic program in Wyomissing, PA. You will provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and supervise up to five RBTs while coordinating with Clinical Directors for best practices.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification with BACB, state licensure where required, and experience in ABA. The role offers a competitive salary and extensive clinical support within a clinic-based team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credentials are required.
• State licensure where required by law.
• ABA experience is preferred; RBT background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload; up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours per week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adapt interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality.
