Qualifications
Must have active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
State licensure where required.
ABA experience preferred, especially with RBT background.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients.
Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
Skills

Education
