Helping Hands Family - Autism Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Wyomissing, PA. This position offers competitive compensation between $85,000 and $95,000 annually, with bonuses up to $20,000. The role requires advanced clinical skills, leadership potential, and a minimum of 3 years of ABA experience. As a Lead BCBA, you will mentor RBTs, deliver high-quality services, and play a key role in program development. A comprehensive benefits package is provided along with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in ABA field, including 2 years with BCBA license.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
