Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the ABA field, including 2 years with BCBA license.
• Experience with children ages 2–18, especially under age 6.
• ABA experience; RBT background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
