Job summary

ACES is seeking a BCBA to design, implement, and oversee tailored ABA programs for children with autism in homes, centers, and schools. You will lead a team of Behavior Technicians, ensuring high-quality direct services and ongoing client progress demonstrated by data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current.
• Experience designing ABA programs for individuals with autism.

• Track and report progress using data collection systems.
• Collaborate with families and other clinicians to ensure care quality.
