Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will oversee assessments, programming, progress reviews, and parent training, ensuring adherence to standards and insurance guidelines at both center and home-based settings.

You will collaborate with clinicians, provide supervision to staff, and contribute to treatment optimization using data-driven measures.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed required.
• Minimum 1 year experience providing ABA services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure care meets state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide guidance on treatment intensity and transition planning with families.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks to secure funding and manage staff.
