Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role emphasizes ensuring quality treatment, coordinating with families and providers, and guiding clinical staff to achieve developmentally appropriate outcomes.

Ideal candidates have BCBA certification or state licensure, with at least one year of ABA experience in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state licensure required.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and coordinate care with families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Coordinate care with other providers and manage insurance authorizations.
• Provide clinical recommendations on intensity, modality, and transition planning.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reports and insurance reviews.
