Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role emphasizes supervision of clinical staff, collaboration with parents, and ensuring high-quality treatment in alignment with state guidelines.

You will supervise treatment teams, coordinate insurance authorization, and contribute to program development while supporting ongoing professional growth for the staff.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and coordinating with families and providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care align with state guidelines and insurance requirements.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to maintain high-quality treatment.
• Coordinate care with families, other clinicians, and funding sources; generate reports and complete forms.
