Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and program modification.
• Coordinate with parents and other providers; ensure funding for client services and staff management.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff; develop supervisees’ independent clinical skills.
• Ensure standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams; complete administrative tasks timely.
