Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs for children on the autism spectrum. This role involves supervision of clinical staff, program development, and coordination with families and healthcare providers in a center and home-based setting.

The ideal candidate has a BCBA certification or state license and at least one year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed clinician.
Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance authorization.
Ensure standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
Provide clinical recommendations with parents and stakeholders for appropriate intensity and transition planning.
Evaluate and modify treatment using the QET measure.
Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
Develop supervisees' skills and ensure certification requirements are met.
Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional teams.
Complete admin tasks: reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
