Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical teams and ensure high‑quality ABA services across assigned client cases in the San Diego area. You will oversee program managers and interventionists, provide BACB‑standard supervision, and support families with evidence‑based strategies.

You will supervise, train, mentor staff, conduct assessments, and participate in IEPs as needed, ensuring consistent practice and treatment integrity in a collaborative, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field
• BCBA certified

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours: 5 hours per day (25 hours/week)
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure minimum billable of 28 hours per week
• Provide BACB‑compliant supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBA candidates
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop function-based treatments
• Provide training using Behavior Skills Training (BST) to teachers and parents
• Attend IEPs or interdisciplinary meetings when applicable
