Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Clinical Lead in Maryland to oversee clinical programs and ensure high-quality outcomes for families and children aged 2-15. You will supervise BCBAs, mentor fieldwork students, and train teams while collaborating with the Regional Clinical Director to maintain rigorous, evidence-based ABA practices.

The role includes coordinating onboarding, conducting crisis prevention training, and traveling 20% to support training and engagement across locations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology or related field.
• Current BCBA license.
• Experience implementing ABA with children with ASD or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Licensed Behavior Analysis (or eligible) in all states in coverage area.
• Minimum five years’ BCBA experience, with at least two years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct BCBA supervision.
• Support local onboarding of behavior technicians, fieldwork students, and BCBAs.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to BCBAs in region.
• Provide group supervision and mentorship to BACB fieldwork students.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director for training events.
• Maintain client caseloads and ensure evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide weekly/monthly clinical progress reporting.
• Travel 20% monthly to assigned locations for training and engagement.
