Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Maryland to oversee ABA services for a team of clinicians and technicians. The role focuses on clinical oversight, treatment planning, and mentorship within a center-based setting.

You will ensure high-quality care, supervise RBTs, coordinate with caregivers, and uphold BACB standards while driving positive client outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification with supervision experience.
• Maryland licensure or active pursuit at hire.
• Experience in early intervention and Verbal Behavior.
• BACB 8-hour supervision course completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a team of technicians and clients.
• Assess clients and develop treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs and support staff.
• Lead weekly therapy room meetings and ensure safety and progress.
• Coordinate with caregivers to support client progress.
