Job summary

Jobot is actively seeking a Clinical Director to lead a growing ABA program in Maryland. This on-site role blends clinical leadership with nurse mentorship, supervision of BCBAs and RBTs, and ongoing program development. You will stay connected to client care while guiding clinical quality and documentation across the team.

The position requires BCBA certification and Maryland licensure, with opportunities to advance into broader leadership as the program expands in the region.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Maryland licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing RBTs, BCBAs, or other clinical team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Maintain an appropriate direct clinical caseload while serving in a leadership capacity.
• Oversee and support the development of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide guidance on complex clinical cases and treatment decisions.
• Support BCBA development through coaching, mentorship, and clinical supervision.
• Help strengthen consistency and quality across clinical programming and service delivery.
• Support clinician onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation and authorization requirements.
• Partner with operational leadership to address staffing and service-delivery needs.
• Promote adherence to applicable BACB, payer, state, and organizational requirements.
• Support continued growth and development of the clinical program.
