Ability Builders is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to provide clinical oversight for ABA therapy programs. The role includes conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, monitor progress with data, and update plans as needed. A Master's degree and Maryland licensure are required, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification and be licensed in Maryland.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavior assessments to identify factors behind behaviors and skill deficits.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with evidence-based interventions and goals.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure fidelity of implementation and adherence to best practices.
• Regularly collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to coordinate care and share results.
• Stay updated on ABA ethics and BACB guidelines and engage in ongoing professional development.
