Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Maryland to oversee clinical care and a team of technicians. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure quality, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year BCBA supervision experience preferred.
• Maryland licensure or active pursuit of licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a team of technicians and clients.
• Develop treatment plans and ensure implementation of programs per BACB standards.
• Lead therapy room operations and supervise RBTs and trainees.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director and cross-functional teams to ensure quality care.
