Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Active LBA license in Maryland or Virginia (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience with strong competency in assessment, treatment planning, and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to design and refine clinical programs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload to provide direct services.
