Verbal Beginnings in Maryland seeks a Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and leadership for a team of technicians and clients in a center-based program. You will assess clients, develop plans, train staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a wide professional network, supervisory responsibilities, and a strong focus on family training and program fidelity.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with supervision experience.
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience.
• Maryland licensure or actively pursuing licensure.
• Commitment to outcomes-based care.
• Completion of 8 hours BACB supervision coursework.
• Experience supervising per BACB standards.
• Experience with early intervention and Verbal Behavior.
• Experience with Skinner’s analysis of language.
• Experience conducting family trainings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and QA to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress.
• Work independently, consulting with the Clinical Director.
• Oversee a team of 7 full-time equivalent clients receiving early intervention services.
• Oversee clinical performance of 8+ behavior technicians and provide onboarding support.
