Job summary

Verbal Beginnings in Maryland seeks a Center-based Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee clinical programs, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children with autism.

You will develop treatment plans, train technicians, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to maintain regulatory compliance and exceptional care. A strong leadership presence and commitment to families are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and MD licensure or actively pursuing licensure.
• Experience supervising ABA staff per BACB standards.
• Experience conducting family trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a team of technicians and clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs and staff.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in progress.
• Lead weekly therapy room team meetings and ensure safe, productive environments.
