Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children and families.

You will oversee RBT implementation, conduct assessments, and support staff toward BCBA certification while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance up to $10,000, and a stable, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required and BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background/drug screenings and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
