Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Mount Laurel, NJ. This full-time role offers a salary range of $95,000–$110,000 with a relocation package up to $10K and the opportunity to lead clinical programs for children with autism.

Responsibilities include designing and supervising behavior-analytic programs, overseeing RBTs and caregivers, conducting functional and related assessments, and supporting colleagues pursuing BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
