Job summary

Therapy Associates ABA Services in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead comprehensive ABA assessments, supervise RBTs, and design individualized treatment plans for children in our care.

You will collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic support, monitor progress, document care, and coach parents to reinforce strategies at home. This in-person role offers a flexible schedule and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough ABA assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulations.
• Educate families on behavioral strategies and interventions.
