Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey, LLC in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. You will design, implement, and monitor ABA programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct functional and other assessments to guide interventions.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background checks and driving record must be clean.
• Active BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
