Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. You will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, oversee RBT and caregiver implementation, and conduct functional assessments to guide interventions.

The position offers a salary of $95,000–$110,000 with final compensation based on experience, and a relocation package up to $10K. We foster growth, mentorship, and a strong clinical infrastructure for lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Masters degree.
• Active BCBA certification, required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
