Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise ABA programs for children and their families. You will oversee program delivery by RBTs and caregivers and conduct assessments to guide interventions.

This full-time role offers a salary of $95,000–$110,000, relocation up to $10K, and opportunities for professional development, including mentorship, leadership exposure, and a community focused on improving autism

Qualifications

• Masters degree is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver''s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
