ABA Centers of New Jersey, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Hackensack, NJ. You will design, implement, and monitor behavior-analytic programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide interventions while supporting BCBA certification goals.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required (education)
• Active BCBA certification required
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
