Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Battlespace Awareness to join a mission-driven team building state-of-the-art software across tactical systems and web applications. You will prototype, implement, and evaluate high-performance software in an agile setting, engaging with customers to ensure mission success.

We value deep expertise in ML, applied mathematics, and controls, with an active Top Secret SCI clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or other technical field (advanced degree strongly preferred).
• C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
• Machine learning: supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and classification.
• Applied mathematics: differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes.
• Engineering: controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the direction of a small team with your expertise and ideas
• Prototype state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile development environment
• Implement high-performance software spanning the spectrum from tactical systems to web applications
• Use high-fidelity modeling and simulation environments, innovative analysis tools, and sound analysis techniques to quantify the benefit of our technology
• Engage with our customers, to ensure successful outcomes for their mission-critical needs
• Work with all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Help your colleagues and customers understand what you’re doing and why
