Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience with project leadership.
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude and knowledge of materials and manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting engineering summaries.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple design projects from concept to mass production.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Quality and Suppliers to meet goals.
• Draft test plans and perform design reviews for manufacturability and safety.
