Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing, pilot, or scale-up environments.
• Minimum 2 years working with battery cell stacking, notching, or assembly equipment.
• Track record of solving complex process engineering issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and stabilize assembly processes for pouch cell manufacturing.
• Monitor equipment performance and introduce continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align operations.
