Responsibilities

• Drive material selection, electrode design, stack configuration, and safety trade-offs.
• Analyze large multi-variant datasets to derive design-performance correlations.
• Lead pouch/prismatic cell design from concept to production.
• Drive design for manufacturability and assembly.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into targets.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and automation for scale to pilot/production.
• Write technical reports and decision frameworks for leadership visibility.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide cross-functional leadership.
