The role involves operating pilot-scale equipment, performing measurements, and maintaining documentation for SOPs and batch records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or experimental physics with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor's in unrelated field with 5+ years in R&D or low-volume manufacturing.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years in R&D or low-volume manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience with significant responsibilities at high-volume cell manufacturing facilities (e.g., PENA or Tesla).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain pilot-scale electrode manufacturing equipment.
• Execute DOE trials and routine production runs under process engineers.
• Conduct in-line/offline measurements to monitor quality (viscosity, coating thickness, mass loading).
• Draft and update SOPs, batch records, and maintenance checklists.
