Capitol Broadcasting Company’s Durham Bulls are seeking a Senior Group Sales Manager to drive group ticket revenue, lead a sales team, and build strategic partnerships with corporate clients, schools, and community groups.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales leadership, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. On-site at Durham Bulls Athletic Park with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience with team leadership required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Group Sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives and programs to increase attendance and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and CRM data; report to leadership.
• Represent the Durham Bulls at events to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
