Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to provide technical support for BAS services across Healthcare, Industrial, and Mission Critical sectors. The role combines remote work with on-site travel, requiring coordination with managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely maintenance and reliable operation.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or 3–4 years of BAS experience, with strong skills in BAS software, networking, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of BAS, HVAC controls, or low-voltage systems experience preferred.
• Experience in mission-critical or healthcare environments is a plus.
• Certification readiness for NFPA70E or OSHA training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to BAS emergency service calls and participate in 24/7 hotline pool.
• Troubleshoot BAS and mechanical systems using remote tools and multiple platforms.
• Create, update and manage service tickets with thorough documentation.
• Travel to client sites and coordinate with vendors, systems integrators and contractors.
• Develop service reports and manage personal hours and project time.
